Evelyn (Mabel)HERON3rd May 1924 - 17th September 2012 John, Penny, Evie, Gracie, Pat, Roy, Karen and Chris wish to offer their grateful thanks to our wonderful friends, family and the Newcastle relatives for making Evelyn's funeral a fantastic celebration of her colourful and eventful life. Your kindness and caring warmth helped us through this difficult time. Your cards and flowers meant so much. Special thanks to Father John Panario and Father David Ridley for making the service so loving and caring, just how mum would have wanted it. To Paul Sullivan who made such a contribution to everything in making a very sad situation bearable. To the nursing staff at WHH who showed respect, comfort and care to Evelyn in her last hours. Most important thank you to Ann and all her lovely girls (true angels) at Laureston Place Residential Home who made Evelyn's last months endurable with all their love and care, to give her and us the family, the quality of life that our lovely Mum/Nan deserved.
